Process of single crystal permanent magnet manufacturing

The article presents the investigation results concerning the development of industrial technology and equipment for manufacturing of monocrystalline permanent magnets with specific magnetic energy of 44-52 kJ/m³. Here we consider the quadripolar monocrystalline magnet texturing particularities and show the opportunity to manufacture single crystal compositions; application of the latter allows to improve the magnetic properties of multipolar magnets considerably.
