Abstract :
A new signal processing method for clutter noise reduction and deconvolution is presented. The method is based on the statistical processing of the sequency diverse components of a signal, which are obtained by multiple sequency filtering. Sequency filtering is performed by rectangular windowing of the discrete Walsh transform of the signal, and requires no multiplications as opposed to the classical frequency diversity method.
