Abstract :
Improvement of temperature characteristic of polycrystalline high-speed switching memory cores having a basic chemical composition 0.9(Li0.5Fe2.5O4) adding 0.1(MgO0.17, MnO0.39,ZnO0.13,Fe2O.3,0.31,) is studied. Ferrite memory cores that provide outstandingly stable operation over a temperature range from -55 to +100°C with low temperature coefficients of uV1 and Ib were successfully developed by means of composite constitution containing 0.1 to 2 mol% CoFe2O4and 0.05 to 0.5 mol% LaFe12O19.
