Abstract :
The discusser points out discrepancies in the above-titled paper by D. Baigent and E. Lebenhaft (ibid., vol.29, no.1, pp.66-71, Jan./Feb. 1993). Questions are raised, and comparisons are made regarding microprocessor-based relays and electromechanical relays. Baigent and Lebenhaft reply to the questions raised and comment on the discrepancies.<>
