Novel active RC building block with optimal sensitivity

An easily trimmed universal building block, adaptable for integrated modules and intended for realising biquadratic transfer functions, is presented. The proposed building block has sensitivities referred to passive circuit elements which are equal to the theoretical minimum value, while sensitivities referred to active circuit elements are optimal and much lower than those of known building blocks.
