  • Abstract
    Generalised first- and second-order filters are presented for the reconstruction of bandlimited signals. In each case the minimum sampling frequency is derived and the corresponding filter coefficients obtained. A tradeoff exists between the rate of convergence of the reconstruction and the sampling frequency.
