New application for radiation resistance

An additional use for the self and mutual radiation resistances between current elements has been found in the calculation of the cross-spectral density between the elements. The use of these known resistances eliminates the problem of evaluating double integrals, which may be of some little complexity, in the direct calculation of the cross-spectral density.
