Abstract
A linear Hall probe array, with an active area of 2×2 μm 2 and a 4 μm centre-to-centre separation is presented. Electronics were developed to eliminate residual voltages up to 80 mV at bias current 2 mA. The Hall array exhibited linear dependences (better than 0.1%) of the Hall voltage against magnetic field ±0.1 T at 300 K for pulse bias current 2 mA
