  • Abstract
    An existing root-locus technique for linear finite-dimensional systems is modified and adapted to the case of systems with time delay. By means of the modified approach, root loci of time-delay systems can be numerically computed in a simple manner without having to solve transcendental equations. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the method.
