  • Abstract
    C-2C ladders for A/D conversion (analogous to the conventional R-2R ladders) are reported which use only 22 elementary capacitors for 8-bit conversion and 34 elementary capacitors for 10-bit conversion. The nonlinearity contributed by the parasitic capacitances is within ±0.15 LSB.
