Abstract :
A new method for improvement of the resolution of a laserbeam scanner is proposed. The principle would be effective for moving-mirror scanners such as polygon and galvanometer scanners. Furthermore, its application to the moving-mirror scanner driven by a piezoelectric transducer is investigated.
