Abstract
A modification to an efficient procedure to determine zero location with respect to the unit circle of polynomials with complex coefficients is presented. This form is more suitable to determine zero location constraints for polynomials with variable coefficients. It also bears a more direct relation to the Schur-Cohn (Marden-Jury tabular) test
