Abstract
Three dipoles of new series have been manufactured. They have been tested in a vertical cryostat with pool boiling helium. Beginning with the 2nd quench the transition current in the two dipoles reaches its maximum and remains practically unchanged. In the third model the maximum current has been reached at the 3d quench. The achieved field, 5,5 T, indicates rather a good bandage rigidity margin. The analysis of the whole set of results shows that the achieved values of the field harmonics are close to those required and high order harmonics remain to be practically invariable from one model to another.
