Abstract :
A resonant LiNbO3 waveguide quasi-phase-matched second harmonic generation (SHG) device has been demonstrated. The resonator consisted of a channel waveguide and two dielectric mirrors attached to the waveguide facets. A normalised SHG efficiency of 400%/W and eightfold enhancement of the efficiency utilising a resonance effect were achieved
