Abstract :
An efficient and reliable method for solving the nonlinear mixer pumping problem is given. The applied method is a modification of Gwarek´s time-domain analysis with harmonic sources. The reliability of the numerical method has been tested with 521 sets of harmonic impedances, taking five LO-harmonics into account.
