  • Abstract
    A two `colour¿ wavelength-division-multiplexing system based on GRIN rod lenses and interference filters and operating at ¿ = 1.2 ¿m and 1.3 ¿m has been developed for use with single-mode fibre, and exhibits a single-mode MUX loss of ¿1.4±0.2 dB.
