Abstract :
For original paper see ibid., vol.8, no.5, p.27-33 (1992). The commenter contends that the conclusion reached in the above-titled paper that there is little evidence that conventional tests discriminate conclusively between good and deteriorated unshielded cables is incorrect. He maintains that the author´s data can be viewed in such a manner that it will support the opposite conclusion. The author presents further arguments in support of his conclusion.<>
