Abstract :
A simple procedure for designing offset dual reflectors with low crosspolarisation is presented. It provides simple guidelines by which the subdish and the feed parameters can be specified once the main dish geometry is known. The method is most suitable for upgrading existing offset systems with poor crosspolarisation characteristics.
