Abstract :
On-chip differential inductors and transformers are used widely in radio frequency integrated circuits, but the modeling of these devices has not yet been fully investigated in literature. In this brief, the applications of a previously developed single-ended (two-terminal) inductor model for the three-terminal differential inductor and four-terminal transformers/baluns are presented
