Abstract :
In this paper the covariance and spectra for amplitude and phase fluctuations for a microwave signal propagated over a line-of-sight path through a turbulent medium are calculated. It is shown that the results derived under the assumption that the wavelength is much smaller than the inner scale of turbulence l_{0} are also valid when the wavelength is equal to or greater than l_{0} .
