Abstract
Experimental results concerning Pb-CdS-Pb light-sensitive Josephson junctions are reported. Current-voltage and conductance-voltage characteristics are analyzed in terms of an equivalent rectangular average barrier model. The tunneling barrier characteristic parameters are calculated both in the junction high and low resistance state (before and after illumination).
