  • Abstract
    The letter describes new work on the use of shape information from the target returns obtained from an FMCW radar used to detect hidden objects. The ultimate aim is to be able to identify, rather than just detect, hidden objects. Although the research work described is in a very early stage the technique can be used to distinguish between different types of simple object.
