Abstract :
Organisational change is a necessity, and creating a business that can respond rapidly but also anticipate accurately, demands new or transformed ways of operating. Here, the author argues that today, organisations which desire leadership and sustainable long-term success need to understand the challenges they face, especially with regard to the maximisation of their people resources
