Abstract :
Temperature dependences of saturation magnetization and thermal expansion coefficient have been investigated on Fe70Ni30-xCrxalloys in the temperature range from 4,2 to 300 K. The data show that small additions of chromium, cause a stabilization of f.c.c, phase in Fe70Ni30alloy and appearance of invar anomalies on thermal expansion coefficient α(T) and saturation magnetization Is(T). Subsequent increasing of Cr content lead to long-range antiferromagnetism.
