  • Abstract
    It is demonstrated that, for a 3-stage symmetrical link switching network, i.e. of the Clos Type v (m, n, r), the number of middle switches required for wide-sense nonblocking cannot be less than [2n ¿ n/r] under a large class of packing rules.
