Abstract
We propose a blind user identification detection (UID) scheme based on linear prediction algorithm for asynchronous direct-sequence code-division multiple-access systems over multipath fading channels. Numerical results show that both the false alarm rate and bit error rate of the proposed algorithm are better than those of the existing subspace-based UID algorithms.
