  • Abstract
    A new prism production method using drawing has been developed from which a small-size high-precision prism can be produced. For example, a 0.5×0.5 mm right angle drawn prism´s dimensional tolerance is 0.5±0.05 mm, all angle tolerances are within ±0.1°, flatness is over λ/4 and surface roughness is within 0.01 μm.
