  • Abstract
    The magnetic flux density in the air gap of core magnet assemblies is calculated using the finite element method. Several models of AlNiCo magnet material were considered with different assumptions concerning the magnetic properties perpendicular to the preferred direction. The results are compared with measured flux values.
