چكيده فارسي :
علم طب با اينكه مسائل و موضوعات خود را با روش هاي تجربي اثبات مي كند، از مباني فراتجربي و متافيزيكي به گونه هاي مختلف اثر مي پذيرد. امروزه، براي اثبات تاثير پيش فرض هاي فراتجربي در علوم تجربي، از جمله علم پزشكي، شواهدي فراوان ارائه شده است. اين پيش فرض ها با اينكه از جنس گزاره هاي تجربي نيستند، در تعيين روش، ساختار و جهت علم، تاثيري سازنده دارند. تاثير مباني فراتجربي در علم طب، بيش از علوم ديگر است؛ زيرا موضوع علم طب يكي از ابعاد انسان (بدن) است. هر مكتب طبي، خواسته يا ناخواسته، ديدگاهي ويژه به انسان دارد و وقتي به مطالعه ي بدن مي پردازد، درباره ي مسائلي نظير وجود روح در انسان، جنبه ي الهي انسان و مسائل مرتبط با آن موضعي خاص دارد و باعث تغيير جهت و روش برخي از مباحث طبي مي شود. بر اين اساس، بحث درباره ي مباني متافيزيكي در علم پزشكي ضرورت دارد. از بين مباني مختلف طب مدرن، در اين مقاله، به مباني انسان شناختي پرداخته شده است. اين مباني عبارت اند از: 1. نگرش حسي به انسان؛ 2. تلقي زيست شناختي از هويت انسان؛ 3. غفلت از ساحت معنوي انسان؛ 4. روايت مكانيكي از انسان؛ 5. جزءنگري؛ 6. تلقي صرفا مادي از مرگ. اين مباني، پس از تبيين، نقد و بررسي شده است. بر اين اساس، مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه پزشكي مدرن مباني متافيزيكي مخدوشي دارد كه بازنگري در آن ضروري است. ازآنجاكه اين مباني در جهت و روش اين طب اثر گذاشته است، ضرورت بازنگري ابعاد اثرگذاري اين مباني بر علم طب نيز، اثبات مي شود
چكيده لاتين :
Science of medicine is affected by metaphysics and non-experimental foundation, although it proves
its issues by experimental methods. Nowadays, lots of evidence confirm the effects of metaphysical
assumptions in experimental sciences including medicine. These assumptions are not experimental
but have serious impact on determining the methods, structures, and orientation of science. In
comparison with other experimental sciences, medicine is more affected because it concerns with one
of human dimensions; which means the body. Each medical school, desirable or nondesirable, has a
special viewpoint about the human and when it studies the body, issues like existence of soul and
divine aspect of the man has a particular standpoint that cause change the in some of medicine’s
directions. Then, study the metaphysical foundations in medicine is necessary. From which, we
concerned the anthropological basis in this study that include: 1.Positivistic approach to man
2.Biological concept of man 3. Neglect of human’s spirituality 4.Mechanical viewpoint 5.Partailism
approach 6.A purely material view of death. This article, criticizes these approaches. In conclusion,
modern medicine has defaced metaphysical foundations which must be revised. As these foundations
have influenced medicine’s methods and directions, evaluation of the aforementioned influence on
medicine seems necessary.
