شناسايي و رتبه‌بندي عوامل مؤثر بر پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش با استفاده از تكنيك TOPSIS (مطالعه موردي: كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بندرعباس

Identification and Ranking of Factors affecting the implementation of Knowledge Management based on TOPSIS Technique

زمينه و هدف: مديريت دانش به‌عنوان يكي از موضوعات جالب و چالش‌برانگيز علم مديريت در هزاره جديد است. كتابخانه‌ها و مراكز اطلاع‌رساني در محيط آموزشي و پژوهشي نظير دانشگاه‌ها از مستعدترين مكان‌ها براي پياده‌سازي برنامه‌هاي مديريت دانش هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسايي و رتبه‌بندي عوامل مؤثر بر پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بندرعباس با استفاده از تكنيك TOPSIS است. روش بررسي: پژوهش حاضر توصيفي- پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل كتابداران كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بندرعباس در سال تحصيلي 1393-1392 است (88 نفر) كه به علت محدوديت حجم جامعه نمونه‌گيري صورت نگرفته است. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بر مبناي عوامل مدل Bukowitz و William است. روايي صوري پرسشنامه توسط اساتيد مجرب تأييد و براي تعيين پايايي آن از فرمول Cronbach's alfa استفاده شد كه مقدار آن 80/0 &alpha = برآورد شد. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي به كمك نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS استفاده‌شده است. يافته‌ها: يافته‌ها نشان داد كه تمام عوامل مدل Bukowitz و William (يافتن، به‌كارگيري، يادگيري، تسهيم، ارزيابي، ايجاد/ نگهداري و حذف دانش) بر پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بندرعباس مؤثر است. همچنين در رتبه‌بندي اين عوامل با استفاده از تكنيك TOPSIS مشخص شد كه عامل "تسهيم دانش" بيشترين و عامل "حذف دانش" كمترين تأثير را در پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي دانشگاه بندرعباس دارد. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: اجراي اين برنامه‌ها در محيط‌ هاي بهداشتي و درماني كه اشتراك دانش از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است، موجبات خدمات‌رساني بهتر و بالطبع آن تسهيل يادگيري، آموزش و پژوهش خواهد شد، لذا شناخت عوامل مؤثر و رتبه‌بندي آن‌ها بسيار حائز اهميت است. با توجه به نتايج حاصله عوامل مدل Bukowitz و William به‌عنوان مدلي جامع در اجراي موفقيت‌آميز مديريت دانش مؤثر خواهد بود.

Background and Aim: Knowledge management is one of the most interesting and challenging issues of the management in the new millennium. Educational and research institutions such as libraries and information centers are the most suitable places for the implementation of knowledge management programs. This study aims at identification and ranking the factors affecting the implementation of knowledge management based on TOPSIS technique in libraries of Bandar Abbas Medical Sciences University. Materials and Method: This research is a descriptive survey study. The population consists of librarians of libraries of Bandar Abbas Medical Sciences University (88 persons) in 2012-2013, due to the limited size of population, the sampling wasn’t done. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire on the basis of Bukowitz and William’s model was used.  Face validity was confirmed by experienced professors and the reliability was estimated to be 0.80 using Cronbach’s Alpha. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics by SPSS software. Results: Results showed that all the factors of Bukowitz and William’s model (finding, use, learning, sharing, evaluation, development / maintenance, and the removal of the knowledge) in the implementation of KM in the libraries of Bandar Abbas Medical Sciences University are effective. In ranking the factors based on TOPSIS technique, it was seen that “knowledge sharing” is the most important factor and “the removal of knowledge” has the least impact on the implementation of knowledge management. Conclusion: Implementing of these programs in health environments where knowledge sharing is important, leads to present better services, to facilitate learning, teaching, and research. Therefore, understanding effective factors and ranking them is very important. According to the obtained results, Bukowitz and William’s model is a comprehensive model for the successful implementation of knowledge management.
