Exploring and Prioritizing Effective Strategic Indicators on the Implementation of Konwledge Management in IRIA

دانش بواسطه نزديكي به تصميم ها، بيش از داده‌ها و اطلاعات مي‌تواند باعث بهبود عملكرد و كيفيت خدمات سازمانها شود. از طرفي ديگر، مديريت دانش موضوعي سيستماتيك است؛ مقوله اي كه اجراي موفقيت آميز آن نيازمند شناسايي و اولويت بندي عوامل مختلف سازماني است. در اين مقاله، سعي شده است تا بر اساس روش هاي تصميم‌گيري گروهي، شناسايي و اولويت بندي شاخص‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر اجراي مديريت دانش در ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران در حوزه استراتژي انجام شود. تحقيق حاضر از حيث روش، يك روش پيمايشي مبتني بر خروجي‌هاي كمي و از نظر هدف، تحقيقي كاربردي است. سئوال اصلي اين مقاله اين است كه مهمترين شاخص‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر اجراي مديريت دانش در حوزه استراتژي در آجا، كدامند؟ هدف از انجام اين مقاله شناسايي و اولويت‌بندي شاخص‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر اجراي سيستم مديريت دانش در حوزه استراتژي در آجاست. در ابتدا با مطالعه ادبيات موضوع، شاخص‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر اجراي مديريت دانش در سازمان‌هاي مختلف شناسايي شده و پس از غربال آنها با استفاده از تحليل هاي آماري، شاخص هاي تاثيرگذار در حوزه استراتژي در آجا، دسته بندي گرديده است. سپس، با استفاده از روش ديماتل، اولويت بندي شاخص‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر اجراي مديريت دانش در اين حوزه در آجا انجام شده است.

Since knowledge is closer to decisions that it is to data and information, it can help to improve the performance and quality of services in organizations. On the other hand, knowledge management is a systematic subject, the successful implementation of which needs determining and prioritizing different organizational factors. The paper tries to determine and prioritize the effective factors on implementation of knowledge management in IRIA based on group decision-taking methods. The research uses an output method, and is an applied one. The main research question is: What are the most important factors effective on the implementation of knowledge management in IRIA’s strategy. The main objective of this research is determining and proioritizing effective factors on the implementation of knowledge management in IRIA’s strategy. First, the related literature is discussed, and then using the statistical analyses the most effective factors are selected. In the next stage, using DEMATEL, the effective factors on the implementation of knowledge manageement are determined.
