Analyzing the Role of the Structure and Processes of Logistics in Defensive Systems

هر چند واژه آماد و پشتيباني در سده‌هاي اخير مصطلح شده، ولي بررسي‌ها نشان مي‌دهدكه اجراي كاركردهاي آماد و پشتيباني ريشه در عمر بشر دارد. آماد و پشتيباني ابزارهاي تبديل منابع ملي به قدرت نظامي را فراهم مي‌سازد و نيروي انساني، منابع طبيعي و ظرفيت‌هاي اقتصادي را به تسليحات، تجهيزات، مهمات و اقلام مورد نياز انفرادي و گروهي نيروهاي نظا‌مي تبديل مي‌كند. هر چه يك نظام آماد و پشتيباني، بزرگ‌تر و پيچيده‌تر مي‌شود، اهميت ‌‌و ابعاد مديريتي آن نيز بيشتر روشن مي‌گردد. هدايت آماد و پشتيباني بزرگ و پيچيده، به مديري با هوش و قوي نياز دارد. مديريت آماد و پشتيباني بايد توانايي شناخت عوامل تغيير در آماد و پشتيباني و آنگاه توانايي ارائه و عملياتي كردن اقدامات جهت اثر بخش كردن و در نتيجه، پاسخ‌گويي سريع به نيازها را داشته باشد. در اين مقاله سعي شده علاوه بر تعاريف و مفهوم آماد و پشتيباني به محيط، اجزا و فرآيندهاي آماد و پشتيباني در نظام دفاعي پرداخته شده و مقايسه كوتاهي در خصوص آماد و پشتيباني در سازمان هاي نظامي و غيرنظامي مطرح و بررسي گردد.

Although the term “logistics” has been a part of our everyday speech for few centuries, studies show that utilizing logistic functions traces back to humanity’s early days. Logistics makes possible the transformation of national resources to military forces, and, furthermore, transforms economic capacities along with human and natural resources to arms, equipment, ammunition and individual and group needs for military forces. The greater and more complex a logistic system is, the clearer becomes its importance of management. In larger and more complex scales, logistic management requires a strong and intelligent leadership. A logistics leader must have the ability to recognize the changing factors in logistics, and to present and functionalize the solutions leading to further efficiency and immediate response to the arising needs. In addition to defining the concept of logistics in the current article, the researcher has tried to study the logistic environment, Components and processes, and to provide a short comparison between logistics in military and non-military organizations.
