Decision Taking and Decision Making through Applied Simulation Models

هدف از نگارش اين مقاله، علاوه بر بررسي فرآيند تصميم‌گيري در مديريت به معرفي و كاربرد آنها در فرآيند تجزيه و تحليل، اندازه گيري و پيش بيني تغييرات و اثرات آن بر ديگر متغيرهاي موجود مانند هزينه، كيفيت، زمان و غيره است. مديران پروژه در آغاز فرآيند توليد و در طول اين فرآيند تصميمات بسياري اتخاذ مي‌كنند تا از كيفيت بالاي عملكرد خود اطمينان حاصل كنند. در فرآيند تصميم‌گيري تجربيات شخصي مدير كافي به نظر نمي‌رسد. از اين رو مديران از روش‌هاي گوناگون مدل‌سازي و شبيه‌سازي بهره مي‌گيرند تا اطمينان حاصل كنند كه به استانداردهاي موجود در كار خود دست يافته اند. شبيه‌سازي (Applied Simulation) فرآيندي تكنيكي است كه امكان نمايش فرآيندها، منابع، كالاها و خدمات را در مدل ديناميك رايانه‌اي فراهم مي‌كنند، در حقيقت شبيه سازي رايانه‌اي ابزاري نيرومند جهت پشتيباني از تصميمات مديريت و كاهش ريسك فرآيند تصميم‌گيري با استفاده از ارزيابي و تحليل استراتژي‌هاي مختلف است. در اين مقاله ابتدا به ويژگي‌هاي تكنيك شبيه‌سازي پرداخته و سپس چگونگي استفاده از آن را در سازمان نشان مي‌دهيم. به كارگيري تكنيك‌هاي معرفي شده در اين مقاله مي‌تواند هزينه‌ها و ريسك اتخاذ تصميمات درست در سازمان را كاهش داده و فرآيندها و محصولات سازمان را بهبود ببخشد. در مرحله بعدعلاوه‌ بر بررسي فرآيند تصميم‌گيري در مديريت، به معرفي تكنيك‌هاي شبيه‌سازي رايانه‌اي مي‌پردازيم.

The purpose of thispaper, in addition to the study of decision making process in management, is to introduce and explain its application in the process of analysis, measurement, and prediction of the changes and its effects on other variables such as expense, quality and time. Project managers make lots of decisions in the beginning and during the process of production so as to make sure of high quality in performance. The manager’s personal experiences seem not to be enough. Therefore, the managers use different methods of modeling and simulation to make sure of work standards. Applied simulation is a technical process which makes the display of processes, resources, goods and services possible in the computer dynamic model. In fact, computer simulation is a powerful device for supporting management decision and reducing risk in decision process by means of evaluation and analysis of different strategies. In this paper, first, the characteristics of simulation technique are explained and then the method of its application is shown. The application of the presented techniques can reduce the expenses and the risk of the right decision in the organization and improve the processes and outcomes in the organization. In the next step, the techniques of computer simulation will be explained.
