چكيده فارسي :
اصطلاح لجستيك؛ يعني مديريت سامانه هاي توزيع فيريكي كه پيوند ناگسستني با عمليات نظامي داشته و از زير مجموعه هاي مديريت نظامي محسوب مي شود، اساسا منشا و خاستگاه نظامي دارد. با اين وجود تعاريف، قلمرو و كاربرد دو اصطلاح «لجستيك يا تداركات» و «مديريت زنجيره تأمين و پشتيباني» در زمره مباحث جنجالي بين صاحبنظران بوده است و نيل به فهم مشترك آنها، لازمه تقويت تعامل بين نهادها بويژه نهاد نظامي مي باشد. در اين راستا، محققان زيادي ضمن بررسي تعاريف مختلف، ماهيت كاربردي و فعاليتهاي مندرج در هر كدام را از منظر كاركردهاي مديريتي بررسي كرده اند. در اين راستا در اين مطالعه، از دست اندر كاران فعال در عرصه هاي مختلف صنعت خواسته شده تا به سه سوال اساسي شامل چگونگي تعريف زنجيره تأمين، لجستيك و ارتباط اين دو پاسخ دهند. تجزيه و تحليل كمي-كيفي داده هاي حاصله ناظر بر عدم تمايز و همپوشاني آنها بوده و تعريف ارائه شده متأثر از تلقي دست اندر كاران از سازمان مربوطه مي باشد. ازجمله نتايج حاصله از پژوهش حاضر كه از تلفيق و تأييد آن با چند پژوهش علمي_تخصصي ديگر بوجود آمده، عبارت از اين است كه: واژه لجستيك، الزاماً به جريان فيزيكي كالا و مواد اشاره دارد و به جابجايي اطلاعات ارتباطي ندارد. زنجيرة تأمين نيز، شامل يك جريان لجستيكي است؛ در حاليكه حرفه لجستيك ناظر به برنامه ريزي، اجرا و كنترل جريان جابجايي كالا و خدمات است. وجه مشترك تعاريف اين است كه مديريت زنجيره تأمين، نهايتاً به فرايند برنامه ريزي، كنترل جريان، ذخيره سازي كالاها و خدمات از نقطه مبدأ تا رسيدن به دست مشتري و مطابق با نيازهاي آنها منجر مي شود.

Being highly significant in military field and national security of all nations, logistics mainly involves the management of physical distribution systems, which is inextricably linked to military operations and is identified as a branch of [military] administration. However, defining, setting areas and applications of them:“Logistics” and “Supply Chain Management” have been a hot area of controversy among the stakeholders. An agreed-upon definition requires interactions among the stakeholders especially the military ones. In line with this trend, some scholars have tried to elaborate the applied nature and activities included in each term from management and hierarchical relationship. This study asked the participants to answer three basic research questions addressing the definitions, nature, and the mutual relationships between the terms. Analysis of the data revealed that the terms are not much distinct as they are overlapping depending on their definition/s favored by the respective organization. However, logistics necessarily refers to transportation of goods and materials but no reference to information transfer. Meanwhile, definition of supply chain implies that logistics is realized within it in several situations. Moreover, supply chain includes a logistic process while the profession of logistics refers to planning for, implementation, and control of goods and services. The common core of all these is that this notion ultimately refers to a process of planning, control, storage of goods and services from the original sources to the consumers according to the latter’s requirements.
