بررسي اثر ضربان هاي دوگوشي بر افراد معتاد با استفاده از سيگنال مغزي (EEG)

Binaural beats effect on addicted people based on EEG

هدف: در اين پژوهش با بررسي تأثير ضربان دوگوشي بر افراد معتاد، استفاده از اين تكنولوژي به‌عنوان كمك درمان در ترك پايدار اعتياد امكان سنجي شده است. روش : جامعه آماري از 15 نفر مرد معتاد بستري در كلينيك ترك اعتياد، تشكيل‌شده بود كه زير نظر پزشك معالج و با استفاده از آزمون شخصيت آيزنك و آزمون ادرار انتخاب‌شدند. به 10 نفر علاوه بر درمان عادي، در سه جلسه تحريك كنترل‌شده ضربان دوگوشي اعمال و 5 نفر به‌عنوان شاهد فقط درمان عادي را پيگيري كرده اند. از شركت كنندگان آزمون دوپامين از نمونه ادرار، ثبت سيگنال مغزي و پرسش نامه خلق‌وخوي برامز اخذ شد. يافته ها: اعمال ضربان دوگوشي كنترل‌شده باعث كاهش عصبانيت، تنش، سردرگمي، افزايش سرزندگي، تمايل به ادامه درمان و دريافت بهبودي در افراد معتاد شد. نتيجه گيري: به‌كارگيري ضربان دوگوشي كنترل‌شده در كنار ساير فعاليت هاي مورداستفاده در فرايند درمان اعتياد به‌عنوان روشي بدون عوارض جانبي، مي تواند باعث تسريع و تثبيت درمان در افراد شود.

Aim and scope: When two audio signals with different frequencies are presented separately to the left and right ears, the brain perceived an audio signal with frequency equal to the frequency difference between the two audio signals. This phenomenon has known as the binaural beat. If this technology used regular and listened targeted, it can reduced stress and anxiety, and increased focus, concentration, motivation, confidence, and depth in meditation. In this study, we checked the binaural beats effect on addicts to use of this technology as an aid in the treatment of stable crack addiction. Methods: The population of this study is included 15 addicted people who admitted in rehab clinic with an average age of 30.5 that chosen under medical supervision and using the Eysenck’s personality test and urine test. 10 people in addition to normal treatment received the controlled binaural beats in three sessions and 5 people who employed as witness, just received the normal treatment. Urine dopamine test, Electroencephalography or EEG and BRUMs mood questionnaires are taken from participants. Results: Controlled binaural beats can reduce anger, tension and increase vigor and the desire to continue the treatment for get full recovery in addicted people. Conclusion: Using controlled binaural beats among other activities as a without side effects method in the treatment process, can accelerate and consolidation the people treatments.
