بررسي اثر عصاره اتانولي و هگزاني گياه خارخاسك (Tribulus terrestris) بر روي كيفيت اسپرم و بافت شناسي بيضه هاي موش نر رت

Effect of Ethanol and Hexane Extract of Tribulus terrestris on Quality of Sperm and Histology of Male's Rats

زمينه و هدف: حدود 10 درصد مردان مشكل جنسي و ناباروري دارند. امروزه تحقيقات زيادي در رابطه با ناباروري و اثرات گياهان دارويي بر آن صورت گرفته است. عصاره آبي خارخاسك داراي استروئيدهاي ساپونين و پروديوسين است كه توانايي افزايش هورمون هاي جنسي به ويژه هورمون تستوسترون را دارد. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي اثر عصاره اتانولي و هگزاني گياه خارخاسك (Tribulusterrestris) بر روي كيفيت اسپرم و بافت شناسي بيضه هاي موش نر رت مي باشد. روش كار: در تحقيق حاضر عصاره هاي هگزاني و اتانولي 80% گياه خارخاسك تهيه و به دو دسته موش و هر دسته مشتمل بر 4 گروه 8 تايي عصاره هايي با دوز هاي 5، 10 و 20 ميلي گرم بر وزن بدن خورانده شدند. پس از گذشت 45 روز از تيمار، اسپرم و بافت بيضه سرم خوني موش ها جهت بررسي هاي بيوشيميايي و بافت شناسي نمونه برداري گرديد. يافته ها: عصاره هاي هگزاني به مقدار كمي بر ميزان هورمون هاي جنسي و تعداد اسپرم موثر بود ولي عصاره اتانولي ميوه خارخاسك نه تنها باعث افزايش هورمون هاي جنسي لوتئيني و تستوسترون مي شود بلكه باعث افزايش فعاليت اسپرم سازي در لوله ­هاي اسپرم ساز و تغيير بافتي در بيضه ها گرديد. تيمار بر وزن بدن و وزن اندام هاي مختلف از جمله وزن بيضه ها و اپي ديديم موثر نبود. نتيجه گيري: عصاره اتانولي خارخاسك موجب افزايش هورمون جنسي و فعاليت اسپرم سازي مي گردد.

Inroduction & Objective: Infertility is a serious problem. About 10% of males are estimated facing the problem of fertility. Rapid growth and development of sciences within the pharmaceutical span and focus and rely on production of herbal medicines and the production of plant-based infertility drugs is growing Today, a lot of research regarding infertility and the effects of herbs on it and finding the best method for plant extraction takes place. Plant is the main source in discovery of novel medicine. Nearly 40% of modern medicines are originated from plants. Tribulusterrestris is also an important herb that used for infertility. Water extract of T. terrestris contains steroidal saponins and protodioscin that increased sexualhormones and testosterone. Water extract of T.terrestris increased sexual desire and weight of prostate. Material and Methods: In the present study, 80% hexane and ethanol extracts of Tribulusterrestris prepared and force feed to two groups of mice. Each group was consist of 4subgroups with 8 mice and extract with doses of 5, 10 and 20 mg per body weight was applied on them. After 45 days of treatment the mice were anesthetized and killed. Results: The present study showed that in comparison between ethanol and hexane extract of fruit of T. terrestis, in dosages 5, 10, 20 mg per weight of body, hexane extract, increased sperm count, but didn’t show any significant effecton control group. Instead, ethanol extract of fruit of T. terrestis not only increased sexualhormones as LH and testosterone but also increased spermatogenesis in lumen of seminiferous and changed histological of testis.This extract didn’t change the weight of testis and epididymis. Conclusion: According to the results, ethanol extraction of aloe vera as an antioxidant compound is able to reduce the levels of cardiovascular damage in mice treated with titanium dioxide nanoparticles.
