Media Literacy and Citizens at the Level of Modern Islamic Civilization

اين مقاله به تبيين مقوله سواد رسانه اي به معناي درك مفاهيم و سياست هاي حاكم بر رسانه ها و روش استفاده مناسب و منتقدانه از آنها و نيز نقش و اهميت اين مقوله در شكل گيري تمدن اسلامي مي پردازد. اين پرسش كه توسعه تمدن اسلامي چرا و چگونه به تعميم و گسترش سواد رسانه اي نيازمند است، رابطه وثيقي با ويژگي هاي شهروندان و اعضاي اين جامعه آرماني دارد. در اين نوشتار مي كوشيم مزاياي وجود سواد رسانه اي را در جامعه نشان داده، فرضيه خود را درباره لزوم وجود سواد رسانه اي در جامعه اسلامي و تاثير آن در توسعه فرهنگ و تمدن سازي اثبات كنيم و نيز نقش و تاثير سواد رسانه اي را از منظر افزايش دانش رسانه اي عمومي، افزايش درك اهداف رسانه اي و افزايش رفتار انتقادي در توسعه تمدن اسلامي تبيين كنيم. در اين زمينه، از روش كتابخانه اي و اسنادي براي آزمون فرضيه كمك گرفته شده است. برآيند مقاله نشان مي دهد كه توجه ويژه به سواد رسانه اي جزء ضروري و اجتناب ناپذير زندگي در جامعه اسلامي است و آموزش و تعميم سواد رسانه اي لازمه توسعه فرهنگ و تمدن سازي است. بر همين اساس، راهكارهاي مناسب براي ايجاد سواد رسانه اي در جامعه به منظور تشكيل تمدن اسلامي پيشنهاد شده است

This paper addresses the issue of media literacy in terms of understanding the concepts and policies governing the media and the appropriateness and critical use of them and the role and importance of this issue in the formation of Islamic civilization. The question of why and how the development of Islamic civilization is necessary to generalize and expand the media literacy needs a solid relationship with the characteristics of the citizens and the members of this ideal society. In this paper we try to demonstrate the advantages of media literacy in society to prove our hypothesis about the necessity of media literacy in Islamic society and its impact on the development of culture and civilization and also to make clear the role and impact of media literacy in terms of increasing the knowledge of the public media، Increasing understanding the goals of media and increasing critical behavior in the development of Islamic civilization. In this regard، a library and documentary method has been used to test the hypothesis. The result of the article shows that special attention to media literacy is an essential and inevitable component of life in the Islamic society and the education and generalization of media literacy is necessary for the development of culture and civilization. Accordingly، the appropriate strategies are proposed for creating the media literacy in society for the formation of Islamic civilization
