Glory of Motherland in Elia Abu Madi and Malek-al-Šoʿarā Bahar’s Points of View (Comparative Study of Their Patriotic Poems)

حب وطن نشان لطافت روح، رشد معرفت و انعكاس اصالت نژاد هر نويسنده و شاعر متعهديست. در زبان عربي و فارسي «وطنيات» موضوعي است كه در ادوار گوناگون تاريخ ادبيات در نظم و نثر جلوه‌ گر بوده است. ناله و حنين بر ربع و اطلال و دمن در شعر عرب و به تبع آن در شعر فارسي نمونه‌ هايي از اين پرداخت‌هاست. در شعر معاصر عربي و فارسي نيز «حب وطن» همچنان از شاخصه‌ هاي مهم شعر سياسي- اجتماعي است. در آن سو اميرالشعراي عرب «احمد شوقي»، «الياس فرحات» و بويژه «ايليا ابوماضي» و در اين سو «عارف»، «ميرزاده‌ ي عشقي»، «ايرج ميرزا» و بويژه «ملك الشعرا بهار» را مي‌توان نام برد. مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسي و نقد تطبيقي وطنيات بهار و ابوماضي، ما را به دريافت‌ هاي جالبي از همساني‌ هاي فكري، ساختاري و صوري دو ادبيات رهنمون مي‌ سازد و چون هميشه مهر تأييدي بر پيوند ناگسستني زبان و ادبيات دو ملت مي‌ نهد.

Patriotism demonstrates purity of wit, growing of insight and originality of a principled and honorable poet or author. In different periods of Arabic and Persian literature, patriotic motifs have always been reflected in both verse and prose works, which are called “Vataniyat”. Remorse and mourning for the agony of home and homeland is an example of that. Today, patriotism is still an important characteristic of contemporary sociopolitical poetry. Ahmed Shawqi, Ilyās Farhāt, Elia Abu Madi in Arabic literature and Aref Qazvini, Mirzadeh Eshghi, Iraj Mirzā, Malek-al-Šoʿarā Bahar in Persian literature are among the most famous poets of the genre. This research, a comparative study of Bahar and Abu Madi’s patriotic poems, has led to new findings of common ideas, structures and forms in both Persian and Arabic literature, and as a conclusion emphasizes the close and inseparable relationship between the language and literature of both nations.
