بررسي ميزان اطلاعات حرفه‌اي و وضعيت استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات توسط كارشناسان و محققان ستادي وزارت جهاد كشاورزي

Professional Information and Use of Information Technology by Researchers and Specialists at Staff Level of Jehad-Keshavarzi

امروزه دراكثر فعاليتها از فناوريهاي اطلاعات استفاده مي شود. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي وضعيت استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات توسط محققان و كارشناسان ستادي وزارت جهادكشاورزي بود. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي همبستگي بود و با فن پيمايش انجام شد. براي گردآوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. بررسي روايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات اساتيد آموزش كشاورزي و كسب نظرات متخصصان فناوري اطلاعات بدست آمد و ميزان پايايي آن هم با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ بررسي شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل محققان و كارشناسان ستادي وزارت جهادكشاورزي بودند كه با استفاده از جدول كرجيسي و مورگان و روش انتساب متناسب، در نهايت 401 نفر از بين آنها تعيين گرديد. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه سطح اطلاعات حرفه‌اي پاسخگويان درباره فناوري اطلاعات در حد متوسط قرار دارد و سطح استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات توسط پاسخگويان در سطح نسبتاً خوبي بوده است. نتايج آزمون همبستگي نشان داد كه بين سن پاسخگويان و استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات رابطه معني‌دار منفي وجود دارد. همچنين رابطه معني‌دار مثبتي هم بين سابقه سال‌هاي استفاده از اينترنت و ميزان ساعات هفتگي استفاده از اينترنت و كامپيوتر با استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات و متغير اطلاعات حرفه‌اي پاسخگويان به‌دست آمد. نتايج رگرسيون چند متغيره نشان داد كه متغيرهاي مستقل تحقيق حدود بيست درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته ميزان اطلاعات حرفه‌اي پاسخگويان و حدود بيست و نه درصد تغييرات متغير وابسته ميزان استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات را تبيين مي كنند.

Information technologies were used in many activates today. The main purpose of this research was investigated the professional information and usage of information technologies by researchers and specialist in staff level of Jehad-Keshavarzi in Iran. This research was a descriptive and co relational research that conducted by survey research. The research instrument was structural questionnaire with close-ended questions, which its validity and reliability was confirmed. The validity of questionnaire was obtained by a panel of agricultural extension and information technology specialist in Tarbiat Modarres University. The target population included all Researchers and Agricultural specialists in Staff level of Jehad-Keshavarzi that among of them, 401 person was chosen by using Krejcie & Morgan’s table through Random sampling technique with probability proportionate methods (n=401). The descriptive results showed that professional information of respondents was in moderate level and level of usage information technology was in good level. Finding showed that there was a negative significance relationship found between ages of respondents with usage of information technologies. Also finding showed that there was a positive and meaningful relationship found between age of experience of use internet, weekly hour access to internet and computer by respondents with usage of information technologies and professional information. The results of multivariate linear regression indicated that independent variables could explain 20 percent of variance in professional information and 29 percent of variance in usage of information technology.
