The Impacts of Demographic Characteristics and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Leadership among Dehyars

توسعه تعاوني ­هاي دهياري ­ها، به ­عنوان يكي از راهبردهاي گسترش فعاليت ­هاي كارآفرينانه روستايي مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدايت اين فعاليت­ ها، نيازمند دهياراني متعهد و باانگيزه است كه نقش مهمي را در رهبري سازمان­هاي اجتماعي - اقتصادي ايفا مي­كنند، بنابراين مناسب­ ترين سبك رهبري براي اين دهياران، رهبري كارآفرينانه است. در همين راستا، شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر رهبري كارآفرينانه براي توسعه اين سبك رهبري در ميان دهياران ضروري است. ازاين‌رو هدف اين پژوهش، تعيين عوامل تأثيرگذار بر رهبري كارآفرينانه دهياران بود. اين پژوهش از نوع "توصيفي – همبستگي" بوده و با فن پيمايش انجام گرفت. جامعه آماري پژوهش را دهياران "تعاوني دهياري­ ها" در سراسر ايران تشكيل دادند (839 N=) كه تعداد 133 نفر بر اساس فرمول كوكران براي نمونه تعيين شدند. براي جمع ­آوري داده­ ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد كه روايي صوري آن به‌وسيله اساتيد صاحب­ نظر و پايايي آن از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ مورد تأييد قرار گرفت (0/71 تا 0/89). نتايج نشان داد كه تفاوت ميانگين معني­ داري بين رهبري كارآفرينانه و سطوح ويژگي­ هاي فردي و حرفه­ اي دهياران از قبيل سن، سابقه دهياري و زمينه تجربه كار قبلي وجود دارد. يافته­ ها بيانگر آن بود كه متغيرهاي هوش هيجاني بر رهبري كارآفرينانه مؤثرند و از بين آن‌ها مهارت­ هاي اجتماعي بيشترين تأثير را بر متغير وابسته دارد. نتايج اين پژوهش، معيارهايي را براي انتخاب و آموزش دهياران روستايي فراهم مي­ نمايد.

Development of Dehyari’s cooperatives is considered as one of the strategies of entrepreneurial activities. Directing this activities require motivated and committed Dehyars (Municipality Administrators) who play an important role in the leadership of socio-economic organizations. Therefore, entrepreneurial leadership is the most appropriate style of leadership for Dehyars. In this regard, it is necessary to identify factors affecting entrepreneurial leadership for selecting and training Dehyars of those cooperatives. Hence, the main purpose of this survey research was determining effective factors on entrepreneurial leadership. This study is a “descriptive, correlational” research that was conducted using survey technique. The statistical population of the study was the Dehyars of Dehyari’s cooperatives from all over Iran (N= 839). Totally, 133 samples were determined by the Cochran formula, randomly. Data was gathered using a questionnaire whose face validity was confirmed through a panel of experts, and its reliability estimated using Cronbach's alphas coefficient (0.71 to 0.89). Findings indicated that, there is a significant difference toward entrepreneurial leadership between Dehyars’ demographic characteristics including age, Dehyari’s experience, and context of prior work experience. The findings also revealed that the variables of emotional intelligence affect entrepreneurial leadership, and social skills have the highest effect on dependent variable. The results of this study provide criteria for selecting and training rural Dehyars.
