بررسي تطبيقي نظام اطلاعات باليني بيماري هاي رواني ناشي از جنگ در كشورهاي آمريكا، انگلستان و استراليا و ارايه راهكارهاي مناسب براي ايران 88-1387

A comparative survey on war- related mental diseases clinical information system in England,United States of America and Australia and offering proper strategies for Iran(2008-2009

هدف: از آنجايي كه اطلاعات مبناي تمام فعاليت هاي يك سازمان است، سيستم هايي بايد وجود داشته باشند كه اطلاعات را توليد و مديريت كنند. هدف چنين سيستم هايي ايجاد تضمين در ارايه اطلاعات صحيح و قابل اطمينان در مواقع موردنياز و در شكل قابل استفاده است. چنين سيستم هايي، سيستم هاي اطلاعات نامگذاري شده اند. اين مطالعه به منظور مقايسه ويژگيهاي نظام اطلاعات باليني بيماريهاي رواني ناشي از جنگ در آمريكا، انگلستان و استراليا و ايران انجام شد. مواد و روش هها: پژوهش حاضر كاربردي از دسته مطالعات توصيفي – مقطعي بوده است . ابتدا وضعيت موجود اين نظام در مراكز روانپزشكي بوستان اهواز و صدر و سعادت آباد تهران با استفاده از پرسشنامه در دوره زماني 88- 1387 بررسي گرديد. سپس به بررسي اين نظام در كشورهاي منتخب پرداخته شد و بر اساس نياز كشورمان، راهكارهاي عملي براي ايران پيشنهاد گرديد. تحليل اطلاعات بر اساس مقايسه ويژگي هاي نظام پيشگفته در كشورهاي مورد مطالعه به صورت تحليل توصيفي – نظري صورت گرفت. يافته ها: از مزاياي مهم برقراري نظام اطلاعات باليني بيماريهاي رواني ناشي از جنگ، توجه به برنامه هاي پيشگيري از اختلالات رواني ناشي از جنگ، تعيين حداقل داده هاي استاندارد در اين زمينه و كاهش اثرات سياسي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي، عاطفي و اجتماعي بيماريهاي رواني ناشي از تروماي جنگ مي باشد. نتيجه گيري:اين نظام با گردآوري و پردازش داده ها و ارايه آن به كاربران اطلاعاتي نقش به سزايي در پيشرفت مراقبت از مبتلايان به اين بيماريها دارد. با عنايت به اين مهم و نيز فقدان چنين نظامي در مراكز روانپزشكي بنياد شهيد و امور ايثارگران، طراحي و اجراي آن حايز اهميت است.

Background and Purpose: since all information based on the activities of a system which is there should be that information production and management. The purpose such a system in which have guaranteed correct information and reliable needed in the times and in the form is used. Such a system of information system which has been named. This study was to compare Information System features clinical psychological diseases caused by war in America and England and Australia and Iran. Materials and Methods: This study is from applicable studies of descriptive – analytic cross – sectional study . At first the existing situation in this system study in Psychiatric centers in Ahvaz Bostan and Tehran Sadr and Saadat Abad with the use of chek list in the period of time 1387-88 study. Then this system has been study in elected countries and based on need of the own country، proposing practical solutions for Iran. analyze information based on comparing the characteristics of the aforementioned countries in the study was a descriptive analysis-theory. Results: From important advantages of establishment clinical information system psychological diseases caused by war، attention to the prevention programs of mental disorders caused by the war ،which has at least the standard in this regard and the reduction in political and economic and cultural emotional and social effects of psychological diseases caused by the war truma. Conclusion: The system by data collecting and processing and presenting it to information users has effective role in care progress of patients with the diseases. With regard to this important and the lack of such system in psychiatry centers in of Martyrs Foundation and the devoted’s Affairs ، design and implementation of it is important.
