Evaluating The Climatic Potentials of Kerman Province for Tourism Industry

در اين پژوهش با استفاده از داده هاي هواشناسي ساعتي نه ايستگاه سينوپتيك استان كرمان در دوره هاي آماري موجود و با استفاده از شاخص راحتي دماي معادل فيزيولوژيكي (PET) در نرم افزار RAY MAN وضعيت آسايش در ساعات و ماه هاي مختلف سال تعيين و به منظور تحليل فضايي آسايش نقشه هاي آغاز، پايان و مدت آسايش تهيه شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان ميدهد در جنوب و شرق استان ماه ژانويه آغاز گر دوره آسايش مي باشد. شهرستان انار در شمال استان با يك ماه تاخير از ماه فوريه و ساير نقاط از ماه مارس دوره ي آسايش خود را آغاز ميكنند. اما در منطقه كوهستاني بافت از ماه آوريل اين دوره شروع ميشود. همچنين سيرجان، شهر بابك و بافت در ماه نوامبر و ساير نقاط در ماه دسامبر دوره ي آسايشي خود را به پايان ميبرند. مدت آسايش در جنوب استان هفت ماه، سيرجان و بافت 8 ماه، انار، رفسنجان و شهر بابك، نه ماه و بم و كرمان، ده ماه محاسبه شد. زمان مناسب براي گردشگري در استان كرمان در ماه هاي اكتبر، نوامبر، دسامبر، ژانويه، فوريه، مارس، آوريل، مي و سپتامبر مي باشد.

In order to evaluate the climatic potentials of Kerman province، the hourly weather data of temperature، relative humidity، and wind speed of the nine synoptic stations of the province were obtained for the existing data period( ranging from as early as 1957 to as late as 1993 up to 2005 to 2007). The hourly human comfort index of Physiological Equivalent Temperature (PET) was computed for each calendar month using the RAYMAN software. In the second step، the beginning، duration، and the end of the comfort period were determined for each station. The results showed that the comfort period begins in January in the south and delays until March in the north. But it begins as late as April in the mountainous region of Baft. The comfort period ends in December in most of the province. The most uncomfortable climatic factor in the province is the temperature. That is why that the comfort period is shorter in the south than in the north. The length of the comfort period ranges from7 moths in the south to about 10 months in the north.
