ارزيابي ميزان آسيب پذيري معابر شهري و شبكه هاي ارتباطي منطقه ده شهرداري تهران بر اساس اصول پدافند غير عامل و با استفاده از روش كارور

Evaluation of Vulnerable Urban Areas, in Terms of Defence Aspect Case Study: Ten Regional of Tehran

راه هاي ارتباطي يكي از مهمترين عناصر در افزايش يا كاهش آسيب پذيري يك شهر است تعدد مسيرهاي دسترسي شهر بر كاهش ميزان آسيب پذيري و كاهش تلفات تاثير به سزايي خواهد داشت اين پژوهش بر آن است تا با استفاده از آمار و اطلاعات موجود در خصوص ميزان آسيب پذيري معابر شهري از منظر پدافند غير عامل منطقه 10 شهرداري تهران به كنكاش در ارتباط با سطح آسيب پذيري بافت شهري به تناسب سلسله مراتب شبكه معابر در ارتباط با زلزله از ديدگاه پدافند غير عامل بپردازد. روش جمع آوري اطلاعات عمدتا كتابخانه اي و با توّجه به نوع پژوهش از مطالعات ميداني ( مصاحبه ) نيز استفاده شده است. در اين مقاله از روش ماتريسي براي بررسي انطباق مكاني منطقه 10 شهرداري تهران با اصول پدافند غير عامل استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان دهنده عدم رعايت اصول پدافند غير عامل در منطقه ده شهرداري تهران است . به اين طريق ميتوان اقدام هاي پيشگيرانه را قبل از وقوع بحران براي كاهش آسيب هاي جاني و مالي در مهمترين معابر شهر، جايي كه اين تلفات از بقيه نقاط شهر بيشتر است، انجام داد .

Road networks، one of the most important elements in increasing or decreasing the vulnerability of a city. Number of access routes to reduce vulnerability and losses will have a significant impact This study is based on the use of existing data on Urban vulnerability from the perspective of Ten regional of Tehran defence aspect in relation to the inquiry into the appropriateness of the level of vulnerability of urban street network hierarchy associated with the earthquake should view defence aspect. Data collection method mainly due to the type of library and field research (interview) also been used. In this paper، a method to evaluate the compliance matrix with spatially ten Region of Tehran Municipality has been using the principles of defence aspect. The results indicate non-compliance defence aspect in the ten regional of Tehran. Thus we can take preventive measures before the financial crisis to reduce the damage and the most important thoroughfares of the city، where the death toll is higher than the rest of the city did.
