ارزيابي ضريب آسيب پذيري كلانشهر تبريز در برابر خطر زلزله و برآورد تلفات انساني

Vulnerability factor of Tabriz metropolitan against earthquake risk assessment and estimation of casualties

با توجه به رشد جمعيت و افزايش شهرنشيني، وقوع زلزله مي‌تواند تلفات سنگيني را ايجاد نموده و توسعه شهرها را دچار وقفه نمايد. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، ارزيابي ضريب آسيب‌پذيري كلان‌شهر تبريز در برابر زلزله با به‌كارگيري مدل همپوشاني وزني و استفاده از معيارهاي طبيعي و انساني است. هم‌چنين با استفاده از امكانات تحليلي gis و ارائه سناريوي زلزله در ميانگين شدت، به ارزيابي آسيب وارده به ساختمان‌ها و تلفات انساني در برابر زلزله پرداخته شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كلان‌شهر تبريز از نظر خطر زلزله وضعيت مطلوبي نداشته و بيش‌تر قسمت‌هاي پرتراكم شهري به‌خصوص قسمت‌هاي شمالي و مركزي شهر در پهنه‌هاي آسيب‌پذيري با خطر بسيار بالا و بالا قرار دارند. با فرض وقوع زلزله مطابق سناريوي فعاليت لرزه‌اي گسل تبريز، از كل جمعيت 1605884 نفري كلان‌شهر تبريز (سرشماري سال 1390) به تعداد تقريبي 1252589 نفر تلفات شب‌هنگام شامل 658412 نفر مردگان و 594177 نفر مجروحين در شرايط تخريبي كامل ساختمان‌ها برآورد شد. بر اساس نتايج، به تعداد تقريبي 626294 نفر تلفات روزهنگام شامل 329206 نفر مردگان و 297088 نفر مجروحين برآورد شد.

Due to population growth and increasing urbanization، the earthquake could cause heavy casualties and urban development will be interrupted. The main objective of this study is to assessment the vulnerability of Tabriz against earthquake with weighted overlap and use of natural and human factors. Also، casualties are modeling against earthquake the use of GIS analysis and presentation of scenario earthquake severity of the damage to buildings. The results of this study indicate that the risk of Tabriz earthquake is not a good situation and much of the densely populated northern and central parts of the city، especially in areas with high vulnerability. Assuming earthquake seismic activity fault scenario according to Tabriz، the total population of 1605884 people in Tabriz (Census 1390) to approximately 1252589 casualties were estimated at night including 658412 people dead، 594177 people injured. Based on the results، the approximate number of 626294 casualties was estimated at day including 329206 people dead and 297088 people injured.
