بررسي عوامل موثر بر انگيزه تحقيق و پژوهش در ميان اساتيد و دانشجويان دانشگاه فرهنگيان

Factors affecting research motivation among students and professors in Farhangian University1

هدف تحقيق حاضر بررسي عوامل موثر بر انگيزه تحقيق و پژوهش در ميان اساتيد و دانشجويان دانشگاه فرهنگيان مي باشد. روش تحقيق توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري 3212 نفر و نمونه آماري 346 نفر بوده كه از بين كليه دانشجويان پسر و اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان آذربايجان شرقي،آذربايجان غربي و اردبيل بر اساس سهم دانشجويان پسر و اساتيد از حجم نمونه به شيوه تصادفي متناسب انتخاب شده است. ابزار اندازه‌گيري پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده و روايي محتوايي آن از نظر و قضاوت اساتيد علوم تربيتي و متخصصان امور مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. پايايي پرسشنامه‌ از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه گرديد كه برابر با 0/836 بوده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتايج بدست آمده نشان مي دهد: بين عوامل مشوق همكاري علمي، انگيزه بيروني، انگيزه دروني، احساس خود توانمندي و انگيزه تحقيق در دانشجويان و اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد. بين عوامل بازدارنده همكاري علمي و انگيزه تحقيق در دانشجويان و اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان رابطه منفي ومعني داري وجود دارد. مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه هر چقدر ميزان عوامل مشوق همكاري علمي، انگيزه بيروني، انگيزه دروني، احساس خودتوانمندي بيشتر شود و انگيزه تحقيق در دانشجويان و اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان بيشتر مي­ شود و برعكس. هر چقدر ميزان عوامل بازدارنده همكاري علمي بيشتر شود و انگيزه تحقيق در دانشجويان و اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان كمتر مي شود و برعكس.

The purpose of this study is Factors affecting motivation research among students and professors in Farhangian University. The research method is descriptive. The population was 3212 people. The sample was 346 male students and professors chosen randomly from Farhangian University in East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan and Ardebil, based on their contribution in sample. Measuring devices are based on researcher’s questionnaire and its content validity was measured by the use of teachers and education experts’ judgment. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha that is equal to 0/836. Spss software was used for data analysis. The results show that there is a significant and direct relationship between encouraging factors in scientific cooperation, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation and the sense of self-empowerment and research motivation among students and professors in Farhangian University. There is a direct and significant relationship between discouraging factors in scientific cooperation and research motivation among students and professors in Farhangian University. It can be concluded that whenever the level of scientific cooperation, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and the sense of self-empowerment increases, research motivation also will increase among students and professors and vice versa. Whenever the level of discouraging factors in scientific cooperation rises, the research motivation will increase among educators, students and professors, and vice versa.
