نياز سنجي آموزشي در سه حيطه نگرش، دانش و مهارت در بين پرستاران مبتني بر فن ديكوم

EDUCATIONAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT BASED ON DACUM TECHNIQUES IN THE THREE FIELDS OF ATTITUDES, KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS AMONG NURSES IN URMIA IMAM KHOMEINI HOSPITAL

پيش‌زمينه و هدف: تعيين نيازهاي آموزشي اولين گام تضمين اثربخشي كاركرد آموزشي و بهسازي است، لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر نيازسنجي آموزشي پرستاران بيمارستان امام خميني (ره) مبتني بر فن ديكوم در سه حوزه نگرش، دانش و مهارت مي باشد. مواد و روش‌ كار: روش توصيفي ـ پيمايشي و از حيث هدف كاربردي است. جامعه آماري شامل پرستاران بيمارستان امام خميني مي باشد كه با جدول مورگان 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه با نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب گرديد. ابزار شامل پرسشنامه و مصاحبه است و اجراي فن ديكوم كه نوعي كارشكافي در هفت مرحله است. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS انجام شده است. يافته‌ها: اهم نتايج نشان مي دهد كه نيازهاي آموزشي پرستاران در حوزه نگرش، مشتمل بر رعايت صرفه‌جويي در كاربست امكانات و تجهيزات، با اختلاف ميانگين (0/58) در اولويت اول، حفظ خونسردي و آرامش در مواجهه با بيماران و حوادث، با اختلاف ميانگين (0/52) در اولويت دوم و در حوزه دانش، در محور استفاده از تكنولوژي آموزشي در جهت آموزش و يادگيري مداوم، با اختلاف ميانگين (0/93) در رتبه اول و در محور آشنايي با پژوهش هايي كه باعث گسترش درمان ها و راهبردهاي نوين مي‌شوند، با اختلاف ميانگين (0/81) در رتبه دوم نياز به آموزش دارند. در حوزه مهارت، كاربست فناوري اطلاعات، با اختلاف ميانگين (0/99) در اولويت نخست و آشنايي با شيوه كاربست ابزارهاي تكميلي، با اختلاف ميانگين (0/93)، در اولويت دوم قرار گرفته اند. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج نيازسنجي آموزشي پرستاران در سه حوزه نگرش، دانش و مهارت حاكي از نياز اين رده شغلي به آموزش، بروز رساني و كسب صلاحيتهاي ضروري و مورد انتظار بصورت دوره اي و تداومي است.

Background & Aims: Educational needs assessment is the first step for finding and assurance of educational performance and improvement, so the goal of this study was the assessing educational needs of nurses in Imam Khomeini hospital based on the technique DACUM Techniques in three fields of attitude, knowledge and skill. Materials & Methods: The method of research is descriptive survey and from viewpoint of goal is practical one. The statistical population is included nurses of Imam Khomeini Hospital and sample of this research is selected 200 individuals by simple random sampling from Morgan table. Interview and questionnaire were the instruments of this research. Implementation of DACUM Techniques is typically analyzing the work. Analyzing the data was obtained by SPSS Software and descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The results show that about attitude field, observance of frugality in the use of equipment, with a mean difference of 0.58 at first priority, and the second priority is placed maintain composure and confidence in the people and events; with a mean difference of 0.52. The first priority in the field of knowledge is familiarity with educational technology and usage new technologies in line with the education and continuous learning, with a mean difference of 0.93, and introduction to research in the field led to the development of new therapies and new therapeutic strategies are with a mean difference of 0.81 in the second priority. In the field of skill, the first priority has been the usage of IT skills with a mean difference of 0.99, and the second priority is familiarity with how to use additional tools, with a mean difference of 0.93. These priorities show the needs that necessary for training. Conclusion: The results of assessing the educational needs in the three fields of attitude, knowledge and skills showed that nurses need to update and Continuity training.
