بحران اقتصاد جهاني و تاثير آن بر اعتماد سياسي شهروندان به كشورهاي اتحاديه ي اروپا

Global economic crisis and its impact on political trust of European citizens

بحران اقتصاد جهاني كه از ميانه ي دهه ي نخست هزاره ي سوم با ورشكستگي بانكي و به دنبال آن بحران مالي در آمريكا آغاز شد، به سرعت ساير نقاط جهان را درنورديد. در اين ميان، اروپا بيش از ساير نقاط جهان درگير اين بحران شد و همچنان نيز از تبعات منفي آن رنج مي برد. هر روز بر تعداد كشورهايي كه در گرداب بحران اقتصادي قاره ي سبز مي افتند، اضافه مي گردد. پيامدهاي بحران مالي و اقتصادي اروپا كه خود متاثر از بحران اقتصاد جهاني بود، به حوزه ي اقتصاد محدود نمانده و عرصه ي سياست را نيز درگير خود ساخته است. بر اين اساس، پرسش اصلي نوشتار حاضر اين است كه بحران اقتصاد جهاني و به دنبال آن بحران اقتصادي اروپا، چه تاثير ي بر ميزان اعتماد شهروندان اروپايي به نظام هاي دموكراتيك اين كشورها داشته است؟ در پاسخ به اين سئوال، فرضيه ي اصلي مقاله اين است كه ميان بحران مالي، اقتصادي اروپا و اعتماد شهروندان اروپايي به نظام هاي سياسي خود، رابطه اي مستقيم وجود دارد و اين بحران، موجب شكل گيري نوعي بي اعتمادي در ميان شهروندان اروپايي نسبت به سياست هاي نئوليبراليستي كشورهاي اتحاديه ي اروپا و در نهايت تضعيف مفروضات بنيادين نظام هاي دموكراتيك اين كشورها گرديده است. روش پژوهش كيفي از نوع تبيين علي و روش گردآوري اطلاعات به شيوه ي كتابخانه اي و نيز بهره گيري از داده هاي مجازي است؛ به عبارت دقيق تر، جهت آزمون فرضيه و سنجش ميزان ارتباط و تاثير گذاري متغير مستقل بر متغير وابسته، از داده هاي آماري در كنار تحليل استنباطي بهره گرفته مي شود.

Global economic crisis which started mid first decade of the third millennium after banks’ bankruptcy and the financial crisis in the U.S rapidly spread to other parts of the world. Europe was affected more than other parts of the world and is still suffering from its negative consequences، and the number of countries that are falling into the vortex of Europe’s economic crisis is increasing. But the consequences of the financial and economic crisis of Europe which itself has been affected by the global economic crisis، are not limited to the economy، and the political arena is also involved. Accordingly، the main question of the article is “ what effects have global economic crisis and subsequently Europe’s economic crisis had on European citizens’ trust on the democratic systems of their countries?” In response to this question، the main hypothesis is that there is a direct relationship between Europe’s financial and economic crisis and European citizens’ trust on their political systems and this crisis has led to a mistrust among European citizens towards neo-liberalist policies of the countries in the European unio‎n and ultimately، it has led to undermining of fundamental democratic assumptions of these countries. Qualitative research method of scientific explanation and library data collection were employed to test the hypothesis and measure the degree of relationship and impact of independent variable on the dependent variable alongside inferential analysis of the data.
