بررسي روابط سياسي قطر و عربستان سعودي؛ از تبيين همگرايي تا گسست سياسي(از بيداري اسلامي تا بحران قطع روابط سياسي در ژوئن 2017)

با سفر دونالد ترامپ به عربستان سعودي، نشست رياض به جاي رفع منازعات و ارائه راهكارهاي مناسب در راستاي حل و فصل مسائل منطقه اي، عملاً نتيجه اي معكوس داد و به تشديد منازعات سياسي ميان قطر و عربستان سعودي منجر گرديد. اگرچه ميان عربستان سعودي و قطر، وجوهِ مشتركِ هويتي، سياسي و مذهبي وجود دارد، اما ازنظر تاريخي، روابط اين دو كشور بر بي اعتمادي دوجانبه استوار است. در اين مقاله، نويسندگان در پي پاسخ بدين سوالند كه مهمترين دليل يا دلايل گسست سياسي قطر و عربستان سعودي چه مي باشند؟ در ادامه، چنين گسستي چه بازخوردي بر منطقه و محور مقاومت خواهد گذاشت؟ و در نهايت اينكه مهمترين فرصت هاي سياسي- اقتصادي چنين شكاف مهمي براي جمهوري اسلامي ايران چه خواهد بود؟ مقاله حاضر با بهره گيري از نظريه دگرگوني اجتماعي استفاده از روش تحليلي توصيفي و استفاده از منابع كتابخانه اي درصدد بررسي موضوع فوق مي باشد. يافته هاي مقاله نشان مي دهند كه گذشته از اختلافات ارضي و تاريخي، سه عامل ترويج اسلام اخواني از سوي قطر، حمايت هاي همه جانبه از شبكه الجزيره و جاه طلبي هاي اين كشور، مهمترين دلايل قطع روابط و گسست سياسي عربستان و قطر مي باشد.

Donald Trump visit to Saudi Arabia، Riyadh meeting، instead of resolving conflicts and provide appropriate solutions to resolve regional issues، practically had backfired and led to intensify political conflicts between Qatar and Saudi Arabia . Although there is a common identity، political and religious dimension between Saudi Arabia and Qatar، historically، relations between two countries are based on mutual distrust.In this article، the authors seek to answer this questions what are most important reasons led to political break with Qatar and Saudi Arabia? In the following، what is the feedback of this rupture on the region and the axis of resistance? Finally، what is the most important economic and political opportunities for Iran from this important gap? This article utilizes the theory of social change and descriptive analysis and use of library resources is intended to study the subject. The research findings show that despite the territorial and historical disputes، Three factors such as promoting Muslim Brotherhood form Qatar، full support from Al Jazeera network and its ambitions relations with the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood، full support from the Al-Jazeera and tendency to Iran's are the main reasons for the break political ties to Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
