Scenarios for The Future of Iraq and Analysis of legal Perspective International and Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran

عراق در بين كشورهاي همسايه، بيشترين اشتراكات را با جمهوري اسلامي ايران دارد و ژئوپليتيك و تماميت ارضي اين كشور به هر سرنوشتي كه مبتلا شود، براي جمهوري اسلامي مهم تلقي مي شود؛ چرا كه مي تواند جغرافياي سياسي و دورنماي حقوقي ـ بين المللي و امنيتي جمهوري اسلامي ايران را به شدت تهديد يا تقويت و به تبع آن را تحت تاثير قرار دهد. به همين جهت، تبيين سناريوهاي آينده بحران عراق و ارزيابي و تحليل تاثيرات متقابل آن بر حوزه حقوقي ـ بين المللي و امنيتي جمهوري اسلامي ايران، هدف اصلي اين پژوهش است. با نظر به فاكتورها و نيروهاي پيش ران كليدي و مهم ترين موارد عدم قطعيت، سناريوهاي تحولات آتي عراق، از منظر نويسندگان پژوهش عبارت اند از: سناريوي بازپس گيري مناطق اشغال شده عراق از دست داعش و تقسيم مسالمت آميز، عادلانه و دموكراتيك قدرت در عراق (عراق دموكراتيك)؛ سناريوي اتحاد ميان اقوام و مذاهب عراق و افزايش قدرت ملي عراق (عراق متحد و قدرتمند)؛ سناريوي افزايش اختلافات ميان حكومت مركزي، سني ها و كردها وآغاز جنگ داخلي گسترده در عراق (عراق درگير جنگ داخلي)؛ سناريوي تجزيه و تقسيم عراق به سه شكل (عراق تجزيه شده). در بررسي تاثيرات هريك از اين سناريوها بر وضعيت و دورنماي حقوقي، بين المللي و امنيتي جمهوري اسلامي ايران، مشخص شد كه مطلوب ترين سناريو براي ايران، سناريو عراق دموكراتيك است و در اين راستا پيشنهادهايي عرضه مي شود.
