Information and communication technology and globalization the effects of: digital thought slavery

با ورود ابزارهاي جديد موسوم به ابزارهاي ارتباطي ديجيتالي به عرصۀ جهان، انقلابي در شيوۀ زندگي و مناسبات جهاني شكل گرفت كه دامنه و شدت تأثيرگذاري آن بر نوع بشر به‌مراتب بيشتر از انقلاب صنعتي بود و طي چند دهه چنان تغييراتي در جهان به وجود آمد كه كل تاريخ بشر شاهد آن نبوده است. ورود ICT‌ها (فن‌آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات) با فرايندي به نام جهاني‌شدن همراه گشت كه دامنۀ آن نه‌تنها اقتصاد بلكه كل ساختارهاي ديگر حاكم بر زندگي بشر را در برگرفته و از آن مهم‌تر حتي انديشۀ انسان‌ها را نيز درنورديده و چيرگي جديدي بر انسان‌ها مطرح شده كه به‌ظاهر هويدا نيست و جنبۀ الزام فيزيكي ندارد، بلكه جنبۀ ايدئولوژيكي- انديشه‌اي دارد كه با ابزارهاي ارتباطي جديد صورت گرفته و عنوان بردگي ديجيتالي به خود مي‌گيرد. در اين مقاله تلاش مي‌شود مفاهيم جهاني‌شدن،ICT‌ها و بردگي ديجيتالي مطرح و تعريف و ارتباط آنها با همديگر مشخص گردد و وضعيت جديد پيش‌آمده در جهان تبيين شود. روش مطالعه در اين پژوهش ازنظر هدف بنيادي نظري و مبتني بر استدلال عقلاني- منطقي و ازنظر اجرا اسنادي و مبتني بر مباني نظري بوده است. يافته‌ها و استدلال‌هاي اين مقاله حاكي از اين است كه امروزه بردگي با شكل و شرايط جديدي اعمال مي‌شود و شكاف بين كشورهاي توسعه‌يافتۀ ديجيتالي متكي بر صنعت اطلاعات و خدمات و كشورهاي غيرديجيتالي مبتني بر منابع اوليه به‌شدت افزايش يافته است.

Importing digital Communicative instruments to the world has revelutionized the life styles and word relations both in width and intensity and its effects has been greater then the industrial revolution and in a few decades changed the word more than the whole are of its history. ICT’s (Information and communication technology) with a new process called globalization encompasses not only the economy but also the whole structures governing in men’s Life and even his or her thougth and created a new condition called digital and thought slavery. In this article, it has been tried to pose and define such concepts as globalization, ICT’s and digital slavery and the relations among them and explain the new conditions created by them. The method of this study has been fundemental – theoretical in its purpose and based on the rational – logical reasoning and documentary in its administration and based on theoretical base. The findings and reasonings of this article suggest that today slavery imoses in new form and condition and the gap between the developed contries reljed on Information and services indusrty and the nondigital contries relied on natural resources has been increased extraordinarily.
